- Won the Smart City Excellence Award in the Beijing AI Industry Large Model Innovation Application Competition hosted by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission.

New Offices and Specialized Enterprise Recognition
- The Dalian Branch and Xi'an R&D Center were established.

kNER Development Progress
- Initial success was achieved in the development of kNER, KLand's named entity recognition product.

Data Engine Launch and Gazelle Recognition
- An internet data collection and processing engine built for a national ministry went online.
- Selected as a 2021 Zhongguancun Gazelle Enterprise, KLand's fourth selection after 2015, 2017, and 2020.

Credit and Integrity Recognition
- Recognized by Beijing Tax Service, State Taxation Administration, as a 2019 Grade A Tax Credit Enterprise.

- KLand provided internet news information processing capability upgrades for a central office and participated in a major 13th Five-Year Plan project.

Data Collection and Legal Database Upgrades
- The kScrapy web data collection system was successfully implemented for a central office, covering domestic and overseas public opinion fields.
- WKInfo Legal Database 4.0 launched with kLaw 4.0 and kSearch 4.0.

- The Dalian Development Center was established in Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone, Liaoning.

Wuhan Branch Established
- The Wuhan Branch was established in Optics Valley Software Park, Hongshan District, Wuhan, Hubei.

kLaw Expanded Beyond Mainland China
- The kLaw legal big data solution was successfully implemented outside Mainland China with the launch of Hong Kong legal database Primelaw.
